For International Terminal airport pickups at T1 - The rental desk is located in the terminal. Europcar customers arriving into T2 and T3 domestic terminals with a Reservation can proceed directly to the Europcar free courtesy bus which is located outside the T2 and T3 domestic terminals opposite the baggage carousel. The shuttle will take you to Europcar’s vehicle pick up location at 47 Ross Smith Avenue Mascot. You should allow approximately 30 minutes for the expected travel time for the shuttle bus trip.

Prior to arrival please let us know your flight details for complimentary pick up service as our depot is located off site. On arrival at either domestic or international terminals please call the following number +61 1300 458 584 pressing option 2 for Shuttle Bus or Uber pick up. The team will arrange for you a shuttle bus or pre-paid UBER which will meet you at the free Public pick-up zone - a link to automatically confirm this will be sent to your mobile number. From there the transport will take you back to the office which is 5 mins from the airport. Once here you will then do your paperwork, check over your vehicle and be on your way. This should all take a maximum of 30 minutes from collecting your bags to getting to the location until you depart. The return journey will effectively reverse this process.
